Canadian actress Carrie Anne Fleming has passed away at 51 after complications from breast cancer. Her death was confirmed by her co-star, and her family later shared the news publicly. According to her representative, “She died peacefully with her loved ones by her side.”

Born in 1974, Fleming grew up in Canada and developed an early interest in acting. She later moved into modeling before finding her place in film and television, where her natural presence quickly stood out.

She appeared in several well-known projects, including *Supernatural*, where she played Karen Singer, a role that resonated deeply with fans. She also had roles in *Viper*, *iZombie*, and films like *The Tooth Fairy*. Early in her career, she appeared in *Happy Gilmore*, once recalling, “I wouldn’t call it dating. I brought him milkshakes and we hung out. He was really nice.”

Beyond screen work, she remained active in theater, performing in productions such as *Romeo and Juliet* and *Steel Magnolias*. Colleagues remembered her not just for her talent, but for her personality and warmth.

Her co-star shared a tribute, calling her “a powerhouse of vitality and goodwill… with a rapturous laugh and an utterly adorable personality.”

Fleming is survived by her daughter. She leaves behind a lasting legacy across television, film, and stage, remembered for both her performances and her kindness.
